Description

You will drive wireless access technology development and deployment support for 5G, 6G, and broadband initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new 5G/6G and wired broadband technologies and architectures.
• Integrate wireless architectures, hardware, software, and signaling protocols into complete network configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors to lead testing of new firmware, software, and hardware.
• Evaluate and deploy new test tools and automation frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in the lab environment.
• Lead complex projects across matrixed engineering organizations to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in FPGA programming.
• Experience with embedded firmware and software for wireless solutions.
• Deep knowledge of LTE and NR layers including L1, PHY, MAC, and RRC protocols.
• Technical expertise in OFDM, modulation, timing/synchronization, and random access.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and other simulation tools.
• Hands-on experience with RF hardware and measurement instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Network Analyzers.
• Knowledge of radio/BBU/DU/CU configuration and management for eNB/gNB.
• Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing and 5G/6G technologies.
• Experience with wireless access technologies involving routing, switching, and security.
