Description

You will drive the development and deployment of wireless access technologies including 5G, 6G, and broadband solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new 5G/6G and wired broadband technologies and IoT architectures.
• Integrate wireless architectures, hardware, software, and signaling protocols into complete network configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors to lead testing for new firmware, software, and hardware.
• Evaluate and deploy new test tools and automation frameworks.
• Manage project estimates and ensure delivery according to schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in FPGA programming and embedded firmware/software for wireless solutions.
• Deep knowledge of LTE and NR layers (L1, PHY, MAC, RRC, OFDM, modulation, timing/synchronization, random access).
• Experience with 5G, 6G, and Digital Signal Processing.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and other simulation tools.
• Hands-on experience with RF hardware and measurement instruments including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, and Network Analyzers.
• Knowledge of radio/BBU/DU/CU configuration and management (handling eNB/gNB).
• Experience with wireless access technologies involving routing, switching, and security.
