Responsibilities

• Perform compliance and fraud investigations per NSC State of Work guidelines.
• Handle complaints regarding alleged standard violations and make necessary referrals.
• Conduct site visits as required.
• Support team projects and tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, medical insurance, or investigations.
• Professional and business-style writing experience.
• Analytic research experience.
