You will manage fraud detection and dispute resolution processes on-site in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Detect fraudulent activity and identify underlying issues within financial transactions.
• Resolve customer disputes through direct contact and investigation.
• Document and escalate identified fraud patterns or systemic issues.
• Apply conflict resolution techniques to manage sensitive customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Expertise in dispute resolution workflows.
