Description

You will lead and manage a team of Fraud Analysts to drive successful fraud mitigation operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows by assigning tasks based on individual strengths and workload to maximize productivity.
• Monitor team performance through KPI reports to ensure accuracy and timely task completion.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance fraud prevention expertise and professional development.
• Handle escalated cases and resolve internal conflicts to maintain high service standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience leading teams specifically in eCommerce fraud mitigation.
• Proven ability to recognize fraud indicators and identify emerging fraud trends.
• Strong leadership skills with experience setting clear goals and managing team performance under pressure.
• Experience conducting one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and onboarding new staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, for reporting and metric analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and manage complex escalations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis tools and SQL coding ability.
