Responsibilities

• Source genuine, active bench candidates holding OPT, H1B, or GC visas.
• Verify candidate interest and willingness to pay for job marketing services.
• Collect essential data including resumes, visa status, contact details, and availability.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads without sharing fake or duplicate profiles.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in bench sales or US IT staffing recruitment.
• Established network of OPT, H1B, or GC bench candidates.
• Expertise in IT market trends and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Negotiation and closing abilities to secure candidate commitment.
• Proven track record in lead generation and qualifying prospects.
• Ability to filter genuine profiles open to third-party marketing.

• Experience working as a freelance or part-time recruiter.
