Description

Lead technical training, candidate screening, and architectural oversight for Java-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical screening and mentoring for aspiring candidates.
• Identify training needs and design customized technical content and performance improvement plans.
• Perform deep dive analysis on account opportunities and implement data-driven corrective actions.
• Create and maintain a technical knowledge base to facilitate resource upskilling.
• Monitor compliance defects and recommend specific training or action plans to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing and architecting applications using Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular.
• Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT), JavaServer Faces (JSF), Grails, Vaadin, Blade, Dropwizard, or Play.
• Proven experience in candidate screening and technical training.
• Strong team leadership and performance reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement performance improvement projects based on data.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a formal trainer or mentoring role.
