Description

You will design, build, and maintain custom Slack applications and integrations, focusing on data exchange and workflow automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Slack–Salesforce integrations for data exchange and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain custom Slack Apps using the Slack API and SDKs.
• Manage OAuth authentication, token lifecycle, and security scopes for integrations.
• Configure and maintain webhooks, event subscriptions, and bot interactions within Slack.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document existing Slack integration processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of proven experience in Slack App development and Slack API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, scopes, tokens, and Slack app security best practices.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce using REST APIs, Webhooks, or Connected Apps.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or other relevant backend languages.
• Solid understanding of Slack integration architecture and security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow automation tools within the Slack ecosystem.
