Description

Design clear B2C digital products for web and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex digital products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to drive design decisions.
• Conceptualize and deliver new product features.
• Build functional prototypes for rapid validation and iteration.
• Moderate design workshops and present results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products and services.
• Proven track record designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
• Ability to integrate research insights directly into the design process.
• Strong user-centric design approach.
• Excellent English language skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D and illustration tools.
• German language proficiency.
