Description

Design, implement, and maintain embedded software solutions using FreeRTOS. Own the release pipeline and ensure real-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software with robust task management, inter-task communication, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Integrate FreeRTOS with hardware and software components to ensure seamless operation and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug real-time systems to address performance issues and optimize code efficiency.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to meet system requirements and constraints.
• Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and participate in unit and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with FreeRTOS or other real-time operating systems.
• Working knowledge of microcontroller architectures such as ARM, PIC, or AVR.
• Experience with communication protocols including UART, SPI, and I2C.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
