Description

You will design, develop, and maintain FreeSWITCH-based telephony infrastructure and complex IVR solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain FreeSWITCH systems and custom modules.
• Deploy IVR solutions including call flow logic, menu structures, and backend API integrations.
• Integrate FreeSWITCH with Genesys contact center solutions and manage SIP trunks.
• Troubleshoot telephony and IVR issues while documenting system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with FreeSWITCH and IVR systems.
• Proven experience integrating telephony systems with Genesys platforms.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols, including SIP and RTP.
• Proficiency in FreeSWITCH module development and configuration.
• Experience with IVR design, voice scripting, and call flow design.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Lua, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in FreeSWITCH or Genesys technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions and SIP trunking providers.
