Description

You will own test strategy and execution for web-based projects, ensuring quality through rigorous manual and automated testing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases before sprints, collaborating with product owners to align on business needs.
• Perform exploratory, sanity, and story validation testing to identify defects early.
• Coach the team on testing best practices through mentoring and practical examples.
• Expose test suites, plans, runs, and bug metrics to the team and customers for transparency.
• Report test results and quality metrics to stakeholders as required.

Required Skills

• Fluent French speaking ability.
• 5+ years of experience in QA roles.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation using Java, Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and TestNG.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
• Experience handling web-based projects.
