You will support the full lifecycle of IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for IT roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and employer relationships.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases and track progress.
