Description

You will design and implement mobile features using C# and React Native CLI while continuously improving existing codebases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and test code in C# and React Native, prioritizing refactoring and TDD to reduce technical debt.
• Review peer code and mentor developers on design patterns and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA to define, size, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile planning, pair programming, and iterative development cycles.
• Support live systems in appropriate time zones and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in C# (.NET Framework 4.x, Core, or Standard).
• 5+ years of combined mobile development experience using React Native CLI, Xamarin, or MAUI.
• 5+ years of experience in automated testing using xUnit, NUnit, SpecFlow, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong understanding of Agile and XP practices including TDD, BDD, refactoring, and CI/CD.
• Experience with object-oriented and event-driven design, ideally within a domain-driven design paradigm.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Ability to work effectively in self-managing teams and collaborate with vendor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft DevOps, or other cloud deployment platforms.
• Exposure to JavaScript, Flutter, or Functional Reactive Programming (Rx).
• Familiarity with SQL Server (2016+) and Telerik UI components.
