Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in APIs.
• Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality.
• Learn, adapt, test, evaluate, and implement new technologies.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests.
• Coordinate with release engineers to deploy new features and bug fixes into higher environments.
• Provide technical documentation for APIs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leads.
• Participate and contribute to all team activities including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms to improve software design, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience developing web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing microservices using Python, Node.js, Swagger, and OpenAPI 3.
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript UI/UX frameworks, particularly React.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns.
  • Experience using REST-based or GraphQL APIs from single-page applications.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization aspects for APIs.
  • Working knowledge of package managers (npm, pip).
  • Working knowledge of Docker.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Understanding of CI/CD integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal skills and English language communication
