Description

You will build and maintain modern, secure front-end applications for mission-critical systems, owning the release pipeline and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript within Linux environments.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows using Promises and async/await patterns.
• Design user interfaces for near real-time data delivery and dynamic user experiences.
• Lead technical efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure code quality across distributed microservices.
• Maintain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility and adhere to strict government security protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience focused on front-end engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building modern web applications and consuming RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and parallel data processing.
• Experience deploying applications in Linux-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent coding bootcamp graduation.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Current TS/SCI eligibility with CI Polygraph.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Svelte or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment.
