Description

You will own the development and maintenance of web and hybrid mobile applications, guiding them from design concept through implementation. You will create dynamic front-end interfaces and rich client interactions for desktop, mobile web, and hybrid platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for new products and features, while partnering with QA and development teams to ensure application quality and cross-browser compatibility. Working within an Agile environment, you will implement responsive design patterns and apply usability analysis to drive interface decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic front-end applications and rich client interactions for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new products and website enhancements.
• Partner with QA and development teams to ensure application quality and compatibility.
• Execute hands-on development within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with PostCSS, SASS, and AJAX.
• Working knowledge of AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, and Aurelia.js.
• Experience with node.js, Cordova, and Rails.
• Strong understanding of RESTful web architectures and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Knowledge of automated testing, issue tracking, and source control tools.
• Expertise in design patterns.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building cross-device hybrid mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Experience with React Native (Flexbox).
• Background in high-volume commerce sites and multivariate testing.
