You will build accessible, user-centric interfaces and maintain complex computer systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex computer systems using Java.
• Implement user interfaces following ADA, WCAG 2.0, and Section 508 compliance standards.
• Apply UX design principles to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate front-end components with backend logic using the JPA framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience programming complex systems with Java.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS frameworks, including Bootstrap.
• 5+ years of experience working with the JPA framework.
• Proficiency with Eclipse or JBoss Developer Studio.
• Strong understanding of ADA, WCAG 2.0, and Section 508 compliance.
• Foundational backend knowledge and experience.
• Applied knowledge of User Experience (UX) design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
