You will build and maintain scalable user interfaces while collaborating directly with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of user interfaces using React.js to ensure maintainable and efficient code.
• Work with business users to clarify requirements and define technical implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
• Implement best practices including test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and continuous improvement of team processes.

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of professional experience in web UI development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), Redux, HTML4/HTML5, CSS3, and HTTP.
• Experience with Node.js, cookies, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Practical knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Cucumber and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to work in TDD and BDD environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, relational databases, Linux, and scripting languages.
