Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS and integrate with Redux state management.
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• Work with product team and UX designers to understand user interactions and iterate upon UI designs.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and React ecosystem
• Hands-on expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong knowledge of Redux for state management (Redux Toolkit preferred)
• Experience in building responsive and reusable UI components
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development standards
• Experience in component-based architecture and frontend design patterns
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs integration with frontend applications
• Experience in performance optimization of web applications across browsers and devices
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm/yarn)
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving UI performance issues
• Strong understanding of UI/UX collaboration with designers and product teams
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
