Description

You will build and maintain large-scale web applications with a focus on device orchestration and API integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable JavaScript libraries for use across web applications.
• Upgrade legacy JavaScript and Node.js applications and their dependencies to modern versions.
• Decompose vague requirements into structured functional and non-functional specifications.
• Own the full development lifecycle including requirement clarification, coding, and testing.
• Monitor and resolve production issues at scale.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, and React.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Jest, and Git.
• 5+ years applying SOLID principles and contract-first development.
• 5+ years of experience with TDD in large-scale software environments.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and performing data analysis using Splunk, Grafana, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Node.js and messaging frameworks.
• Experience creating automated unit and integration tests.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating 2-3 large-scale projects from older TypeScript to latest TypeScript and Node.js frameworks.
• Experience orchestrating Point of Sale devices, payment terminals, or peripheral hardware.
