Description

You will manage and maintain content on the HR Portal, ensuring all updates adhere to established governance and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate content change submissions and implement new updates to the employee portal.
• Liaise with content providers to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
• Apply technical skills to implement portal changes with a focus on mobile-readiness.
• Maintain existing portal content while following project management and communication protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience using Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Dreamweaver and Acrobat Professional.
• Strong attention to detail regarding English grammar, proofreading, and document comparison.
• Proven ability to work within a Content Management System (CMS).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DotNetNuke (DNN).
• UX/UI design experience.
