You will build and implement user-facing features for merchant websites, focusing on A/B testing methodologies and cross-browser compatibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic ideas into functional, testable web experiences in collaboration with a strategist.
• Design and implement front-end features focused on A/B testing and experimentation for merchant sites.
• Set up and configure A/B tests within the Optimizely platform to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to optimize user interactions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing Platforms, specifically the Optimizely platform.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably with e-commerce exposure.
• Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with capacity for independent and collaborative work.
