Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of complex front-end applications for enterprise-grade financial products.

Responsibilities

• Define front-end architecture, UI standards, and performance best practices for scalable applications.
• Collaborate with product, backend, UX, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Drive projects from concept and architectural design through production deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, and security in regulated environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across front-end initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading front-end architecture for large-scale, enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
