Description

You will build a production-ready React component library and unified design system for the core platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a React component library using TypeScript, including props, tests, accessibility coverage, and documentation.
• Implement a unified CSS design system, including tokens, themes, responsive patterns, and light/dark modes.
• Develop redesigned pages using reusable components for integration by the delivery partner.
• Deliver interactive experiences, including scroll storytelling, while mitigating jank and layout shift.
• Ensure component compliance with Microsoft Accessibility Standards and WCAG alignment, supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong command of CSS Design principles and implementation.
• Experience integrating WebGL experiences with documented fallback strategies.
• Ability to QA and validate components across various browsers and viewports (540px to 1920px).
• Experience implementing custom analytics tags and events.
• Familiarity with building headless, CMS-composable components.
