Description

You will lead front-end development for a global digital platform, owning the strategy, team, and technical quality of user-centric web applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement front-end development strategy aligned with technical architecture and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers while establishing coding standards and workflows.
• Oversee feature implementation to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Optimize front-end code for performance, including load times, smooth interactions, and responsive design.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in front-end development with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems like Git.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to optimize performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and minimizing render-blocking resources.
• Experience implementing responsive design and working with UX/UI principles.
• Experience working on global or multi-regional platforms including localization and accessibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
