Description

You will lead front-end development efforts while maintaining deep, hands-on technical ownership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for front-end architecture and implementation.
• Design and build server-side components, such as BFFs or SSR applications, using Node.js.
• Manage technical challenges related to omni-channel retail systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements and roadmap delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of front-end development experience.
• 2+ years in a tech lead or people management role.
• Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Query, Webpack).
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP or AWS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with omni-channel retail concepts.
