Description

Lead the front-end development team in designing and implementing scalable web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement reusable components and libraries using Angular or React.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver software.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency with Angular or React.
• Strong command of JavaScript.
• Experience working with UX/UI principles.
• Ability to design for performance, security, and reliability.
• Any Graduate degree.
