Description

Lead the front-end development team and drive technical decisions for scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers focusing on React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for offshore development teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Own sprint planning and execution by breaking down user stories and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
• Drive code quality through regular reviews, security enforcement, and automated testing integration.
• Maintain technical documentation including system architecture, API specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in React.js, including Hooks and the Context API.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with front-end components.
• Proficiency with Git and front-end build tools such as Webpack or Babel.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Jest or React Testing Library.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Familiarity with React AG-Grid.
