Description

You will build and manage a self-service pool for customer vMotion migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to automate vMotion migrations between versions.
• Integrate with Lirops and content management databases via APIs.
• Manage data logic regarding VM ownership, application mapping, and approval workflows.
• Track power-off cycles and migration progress.
• Run projects and manage progress issues within a Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Front-end Development.
• Strong proficiency with Angular.
• Experience with VMware, vSphere, and vMotion.
• Ability to read and understand Python code.
• Experience using Ansible for automation playbooks.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and progress.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
