Description

You will own test automation for front office trading systems, ensuring quality in high-stakes financial deliveries.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain API test automation using a Cucumber-based framework.
• Write scalable, maintainable test scripts in Python or Java.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and procedures for front office applications.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure quality in trading system deliveries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous test improvement processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or development.
• Strong hands-on experience with API automation testing.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives from a hedge fund or investment banking environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY.
• Any Graduate degree.
