Description

You will define the technical architecture for the frontend stack and implement core component structures across applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and direction for the frontend stack and component libraries.
• Lead design and code reviews while mentoring engineers through constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with UX teams on JavaScript control standardization, reuse strategies, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with DevOps to optimize JavaScript build processes, deployment toolchains, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as a technical liaison between Product Management, Development, and Operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of frontend development experience in a technical environment.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React or similar component-based architectures.
• Proficiency in CSS-in-JS (Emotion/styled-components) and design systems.
• Experience with web application state management and integrating components with REST/JSON services using libraries like React Query.
• Strong background in modern UI testing frameworks, including Playwright and React Testing Library.
• Proven ability to produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and patterns in tools like Storybook.
• Extensive experience with Git and frontend bundling performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building frontend frameworks using Bootstrap to improve developer velocity.
• Familiarity with Application UX design and accessibility standards.
