Description

Lead the technical direction and architectural foundation for web applications across various mediums.

Responsibilities

• Define overall frontend architecture, including technology selection and code structure.
• Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries and design systems.
• Establish coding standards, guidelines, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Drive performance optimization, security, accessibility (WCAG), and scalability requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and document technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven industry experience as a Frontend Architect.
• Expertise in React and NextJS.
• Strong mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Content Management Systems, specifically AEM or headless CMS architectures.
• Ability to contribute to performance and security test plans.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server-side technologies like J2EE or Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud-based deployment and hosting strategies.
