Lead the evolution of web and JavaScript technologies across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and adoption of web and JavaScript technologies across teams.
• Write clean code using Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Mentor new guild members and share engineering best practices.
• Contribute to engineering culture and development methodologies.
• Work hands-on within various engineering teams to implement technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6.
• Deep proficiency with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with build tools including Babel and Webpack.
• Practical experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proven track record with Continuous Delivery workflows.
• Ability to work independently as a self-learner and a collaborative team player.
