Build and implement AI-powered chatbot interfaces and conversational flows within existing frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
  • Design conversational flows and user interaction patterns.
  • Implement automated speech recognition and SSML tagging for text-to-speech functionality.
  • Integrate chatbot development platforms into existing frontend architectures.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of IT development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building AI-powered chatbots from the ground up.
  • Direct experience with IBM Watson or similar chatbot development platforms.
  • Proficiency in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of conversational design and flow.
  • Experience with automated speech recognition and SSML tagging for TTS.
  • Understanding of the current AI and chatbot development landscape, tools, and frameworks.
