Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and Microservices.
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Work with React Micro Frontends and contribute to frontend architecture and design.
• Understand and implement low-level designs for medium to highly complex software systems.
• Participate in system design, technical analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, data teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain new software systems and applications.
• Analyze and resolve software defects and technical issues in existing systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a business environment.
• Apply strong knowledge of programming concepts, data structures, computer systems, and software engineering principles.
• Work across multiple assignments and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on application design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience as a Java Full Stack Developer / Frontend-focused Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with React.js, React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with React Micro Frontends.
• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and IONIC.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and software engineering principles.
• Experience working with low-level designs and developing medium to highly complex applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
