Description

You will build and maintain user-centric digital banking applications for internal staff and external customers across all digital channels.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end solutions for the bank's digital channels, ensuring technical excellence and optimal UX.
• Collaborate with product squads to finalize, test, and deliver new features on schedule.
• Analyze existing platform performance and user experience to propose and implement technical improvements.
• Contribute to the evolving technical strategy and architecture of the digital channels team.
• Troubleshoot complex front-end issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience building applications with React.js.
• Deep understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
• Familiarity with modern development tools including Git, Webpack, and npm/yarn.
• Proven skills in debugging and front-end performance tuning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial or banking domain.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
