Description

You will drive the architecture and evolution of the micro frontend platform for Bell.ca, enabling domain-based teams to deliver independently.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for shell app coordination, shared libraries, routing, and runtime integrations.
• Design and implement shared state management, version control, and safe micro frontend rollout mechanisms.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior frontend engineers.
• Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure seamless CICD pipelines and observability.
• Represent frontend technical leadership across cross-functional projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years building modern frontend applications at scale.
• Deep expertise with React, Next.js, and Remix.
• Experience with micro frontend tooling and distributed monorepo setups.
• Strong understanding of performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with CICD Pipelines.
• Proficiency with Graph Ql Apis.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Turboprop.
• Experience integrating backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers or edge functions.
