Description

You will build and optimize the user interface for AWS Connect, focusing on agent and customer experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UI components that adapt to various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into intuitive, functional workflows.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via API connections.
• Implement real-time data visualization features to enhance user interaction.
• Optimize application performance to ensure a smooth experience for contact center agents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, particularly for contact center or enterprise applications.
• Experience with API integration and handling real-time data streams.
• Ability to work effectively with designers to implement pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Connect or similar contact center platforms.
• Familiarity with complex data visualization libraries.
