Description

You will build polished, responsive user interfaces and bridge the gap between design and functional code.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma or Adobe XD into responsive front-end code.
• Develop micro-interactions, including button feedback, hover effects, and loading animations.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals such as LCP, CLS, and FID to ensure smooth performance.
• Build user-friendly error flows and messages for edge cases.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in React and Redux or Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Strong command of CSS, animations, transitions, and responsive design.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and minimizing re-renders.
• Ability to implement designs with high UX sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency debugging with Redux DevTools and Chrome DevTools.
• Any Graduate degree.
