Description

You will architect scalable frontend solutions and lead technical strategy for enterprise applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
• Define software quality, performance, and maintainability standards across the team.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align product and technology strategy with business goals.
• Mentor senior engineers and support hiring and onboarding processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tooling, and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of frontend application development experience delivering enterprise-grade software.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and state management with Redux.
• Experience with AWS services including Docker, S3, ECS, CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Ability to define and uphold high standards for software quality and maintainability.
• Willingness to work the EAME shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST) on a 5-day weekly on-site schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Vitest.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and OWASP security guidelines.
