Description

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for customer-facing web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, accessible, and maintainable UI components and design systems.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize performance, implement server-side rendering, and improve load times.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend tooling, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor other engineers and enforce secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, primarily using React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern meta-frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.
• Solid experience with state management libraries like Redux and asynchronous patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, Webpack, and common build tools.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks including Jest and Cypress.
• Proven ability to collaborate with design teams and deliver high-quality software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated release workflows.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frontend security best practices.
