Description

Architect and build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and NextJS, interfacing with Node JS APIs, Lambda functions, and Apollo Federated GraphQL gateways.

Responsibilities

• Architect highly scalable frontend applications and define development processes.
• Optimize page load performance, testing strategies, and SEO for high-traffic environments.
• Improve the developer toolchain to support automated deployments and minimize friction.
• Contribute to best practices for implementing dynamic pages using ReactJS and NextJS server-side rendering.
• Operate within an Agile/Kanban product development process.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of software development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proficiency in isomorphic JavaScript, CSS/SaSS, and HTML.
• Experience building large-scale internet applications.
• Experience writing SEO-friendly React applications.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and schema design.
• Ability to apply an A/B testing mindset to measure deployment impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CircleCI or modern pipeline systems.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
