Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a frontend squad delivering a defined customer journey or experience domain end to end.
• Break down product requirements into executable frontend work across shell, domain, and shared component boundaries.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components within a micro-frontend and module federation architecture.
• Review code and design decisions to raise the quality bar for interaction design, consistency, and implementation.
• Partner with adjacent teams to align on shared frontend standards and domain integration points.

Skills Required:

• 8 to 12 years of overall software development experience, including at least 4 years in a technical lead or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript in production frontend applications.
• Practical experience with micro front end architecture and module federation.
• Ability to design scalable frontend structures and reusable component patterns.
• Experience delivering production-grade frontend applications with modern API-driven interfaces.

Good to Have:

• DevOps
• CI/CD

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
