Description

You will build UI-rich web applications across the entire stack, from the interface to the middle tier.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-end web applications with a focus on rich user interfaces.
• Develop RESTful services using Node.js and Express.
• Manage data persistence using NoSQL databases like Couchbase or MongoDB.
• Implement server-side templating and CSS preprocessors to manage application logic and styling.
• Handle asynchronous programming patterns and their associated workarounds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js.
• Strong experience with Express or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency with server-side templating languages like Jade or EJS.
• Experience with server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus or Less.
• Solid foundation in HTML5 and CSS3.
