Description

Lead web application development using React.js and Next.js while mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 10+ years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux and Flux.
• Proficiency with Next.js and server-side rendering.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Git and modern front-end build pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories.
