Description

You will lead a frontend team to build responsive, high-quality web applications while contributing directly to the codebase.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all UI components.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• At least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or NGRX.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with UX best practices and backend integration.
