Description

Architect and design performant frontend solutions while guiding technical direction for the team.

Responsibilities

• Architect frontend solutions including client-side presentation tiers, API specs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and SDETs to build platforms.
• Drive performance tuning, redesigns, and refactoring for specific modules.
• Implement module components hands-on using modern frameworks and open-source standards.
• Mentor developers on technology concepts, design patterns, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ECMAScript) and TypeScript.
• Extensive expertise with React and Redux state management.
• Proficiency with CSS frameworks and preprocessors including Sass, Less, PostCSS, Material UI, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with source control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Webpack, Docker, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and secure coding practices.
• Ability to articulate the pros and cons of different technology stacks and design patterns.
• Experience managing packages using private registries like JFrog.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
• Knowledge of API development and best practices.
