Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end AI-powered web applications.
• Design scalable frontend, backend, and cloud architectures.
• Build and integrate AI/ML solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in full-stack development using:
  • Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET
• Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or open-source models.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Milvus).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of software development experience with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI agents.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or AI technologies are a plus.
