Description

You will provide onsite deskside and hands-and-feet support for local users and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, workstations, notebooks, printers, and handheld devices.
• Manage user accounts, Exchange mailboxes, and distribution lists within Active Directory.
• Execute Windows image builds and SCCM deployments.
• Support mobile device setup, activation, and performance for iOS, Android, and BlackBerry.
• Document incidents and resolutions using ITIL ticketing tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in onsite or deskside IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and macOS installation and troubleshooting, including building Mac machines and pushing applications via Mac servers.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and O365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, OneDrive, and OneNote.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Technical knowledge of SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing systems.
• Ability to support RF scanners and industrial label printers.
• Proficiency with remote tools such as Bomgar, WebEx, and Live Meeting.
• Familiarity with iPad and Android device management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts and participate in on-call rotations for P1 issues.
• Willingness to travel to other sites based on demand.
